What it does
Chat translation
Paste a buyer's WhatsApp or email message and read it in your language. Write your answer in your language and send it in theirs.
Voice notes
Buyer voice notes are transcribed and translated. Your reply can go back as text or as a spoken voice note.
Your glossary
Model names, specs, Incoterms and trade terms stay exactly as your team defines them, in every language.
Checked before sending
Each translation comes with a back-translation and a confidence rating. Changed figures and missed glossary terms are flagged for a person to check.
How it works
- A buyer writes or sends a voice note. Speech-to-text turns the audio into text and detects the language.
- A language model translates it, following your glossary, then translates its own output back so you can see the meaning.
- Automatic checks compare the prices, quantities and years in the original and the translation, and confirm glossary terms were used.
- You reply in your language. The buyer receives text, or a natural voice note made with text-to-speech.
Today the demo works by copy and paste, recording, or uploading audio. Direct WhatsApp and email connections are next on the roadmap.

Company
Tarjiva is built in the United Arab Emirates for exporters, traders and distributors whose buyers speak many languages. The name comes from the Arabic tarjama, translation.
Founder
Feroz Riaz founded Tarjiva after working in the UAE's vehicle export trade, where sales teams handle chats and voice notes from buyers in dozens of countries every day, often in languages nobody on the team speaks.
Status
Self-funded, with a working demo. A first pilot is being prepared with a UAE vehicle exporter that sells to buyers in more than 75 countries.
